Kelvin Bui, born in 2002, has a Vietnamese father and a Dutch mother. He used to be called to U17 Holland in the preparation for U17 EURO Qualifiers. In 2015, he joined NEC Nijmegen youth training academy then moved to Vitesse Arnnhem FC.
He is often played in right back position by his speed and stability, this position is what coach Park needs in U23 Vietnam setup, especially with the lineup of 3 defenders.
In this season, Kelvin made much apprearance in U17 Vitesse Arnnhem, (12/14 matches). Except for the match Feyenoord when he was substituted.
Coach Park Hang-seo is going to visit Europe and scout this player. If they are qualifie, Kelvin Bui may become an important factor for U23 Vietnam and Vietnam NT.
